Jay's Hope 4 the Holidays Donation on Behalf of Walsh Honda
Each year, over 250 children and their families celebrate the season with Jay's Hope at their annual Christmas of HOPE party. Every Christmas season, Jay's Hope invites the community to adopt Jay's HOPE kiddos and grant their holiday wishes! General Manager David Komaee and several Walsh Honda Team Members joined Jay's Hope Foundation to become Jay's Hope Elves and granted wishes of several children. Jay's Hope accepted these donations on behalf of Walsh Honda.
Want to volunteer to help? Jay's Hope depends on the community year round to help fill hospital bags and care packages!
Here is a list of useful items needed:

New small toys to fit in care packages

Jay's Hope 2019 Happy Honda Days Donation Check Presentation
On Monday, January 13th, Walsh Honda was honored to have representatives from Jay's Hope on site to receive the 2019 Happy Honda Days Donation of $2,610. General Manager David Komaee and several Walsh Honda Team Members joined Jay's Hope Foundation representative Christie Johnson to welcome very special guest, Heather. Heather battled a brain tumor and is a long-term survivor. Like so many friends of Jay's HOPE, while their battle with cancer is behind them, they struggle with late-term effects from their treatment. Heather loves to attend Jay's HOPE social events every month to encourage newly diagnosed families. Walsh Honda is dedicated to the support of Jay's Hope because of children like Heather. 2019 Walsh Honda Jay's Hope Partnership
Meet Brantley! 4-year-old Brantley is battling leukemia. He has been on treatment for 2-years, but that doesn't dampen his spirit. He has a smile for anyone he meets. He loves the movie Trolls, dinosaurs, puzzles, and Peppa Pig.
Meet Jay! Jay battled osteosarcoma. After chemotherapy treatment, he underwent a surgery to remove a portion of his leg. He is 16-years-old and is learning to drive!
Meet Kinsley! Kinsley is 3-years-old and was diagnosed pleuropulmonary blastoma, a rare childhood cancer in the chest, specifically in the lungs. Kinsley has been on treatment since January. She has an infectious laugh and loves sweets!
Walsh Honda is dedicated to our support of Jay's Hope because of children like Brantley, Jay and Kinsley. Through December 31st, a portion of each New Honda sale goes to Jay's Hope. Drive HOPE the #WalshWay this Holiday season!

Driving HOPE the Walsh Way with the 4th Annual Jay's HOPE Classic Fore Kids with Cancer

The 4th Annual HOPE Classic, taking place on March 11th, will be a 4-man scramble golf tournament that will take place on the gorgeous greens of the Idle Hour Country Club in North Macon.

On Thursday, January 17th, Walsh Honda was honored to have representatives from Jay's Hope on site to receive the Happy Honda Days Donation of $3,345. General Manager David Komaee and several Walsh Honda Team Members joined Jay's Hope Foundation representative Christie Johnson to welcome very special guests, John Robert and his mom. John Robert is 3 years old, loves all animals and just finished treatment for a Wilms' Tumor, a type of kidney cancer in children. Walsh Honda is dedicated to the support of Jay's Hope because of children like John Robert. Please join us in our support of Jay's Hope!

A Portion of Walsh Honda's Proceeds Will Go to Jay's HOPE
Customers of Walsh Honda and the Macon area know our commitment to the mission of Jay's HOPE. To continue our partnership with this amazing organization, we will be donating a portion of the proceeds we make on every new car sale in November and December.
Jay's HOPE works every day to support children with cancer and their families in Georgia. They not only provide support with hospital stays and hospital costs, but offer educational support for children fighting cancer, help with home expenses for families of children with cancer, and social and emotional support for the patient and the family.
Walsh Honda is extremely proud of this mission, and we hope you'll visit our lot during November and December to help support the cause. We look forward to making a difference in our community with your help.
